She is survived by: her husband Harold McCullough; her sons, Brad McCullough (Candice) and Scott McCullough (Tracie); her grandchildren, Brad Jr. McCullough (Taryn), Michael McCullough (Cydnee), Caylee, Carly and Kendal McCullough; and her siblings, Edwin Simon (Leann) and Wilma Mader.
