She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Mendoza and Alberto Mendoza; her sister Diana Jiminez; and her granddaughter Camila. She is survived by: her children, Humberto Diaz Jr., Julian Ray Diaz and Gabriella Gil; her sister Estella M. Delacruz; her brother-in-law Simon Delacruz; her nieces, Angelica Delacruz, Martha Lopez and Adriana Lopez; and her nephew Manuel Delacruz III (Marisol Delacruz).
A rosary was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the St. Vincent Pallotti Catholic Church (2525 Westview Dr, Abilene, TX 79603). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Trent Cemetery.
