He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Hargrove and Hugh Ellis Orcutt Sr.; and his wife Joyce Lee Stacy. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Orcutt, David Orcutt, LaDona Orcutt and Susan Orcutt.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery (7457 W Lake Rd, Abilene, TX 79601).
