It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Henry Roberts (Abilene, Texas), born in Ten Mile, Tennessee, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Roberts and Lucille Roberts (Jiles); his wives, Lois, Ruth Biggs Graham and Billie; his daughter Karen Haley Walters; his grandson Ryan Roberts; and his siblings, Virginia Sherlin, Betty Johnson, Sheila Harvey, Lonnie Roberts and Franklin Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Maloney and Steve Roberts (Luz) of Abilene, TX; and his siblings, Ernest Roberts of Granbury, TX, Samuel Lebbeaus of Ootlewah, TN, Thomas Roberts of Charleston, TN, Daniel Roberts of Cleveland, TN, Ladonna Hyde, Linda Guisinger of Cleveland, TN and Joy Gibson of Oneida, TN.. He is also survived by grandchildren and bonus grandchildren along with 10 great grandchildren plus bonus great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Henry was also known to many at Dyess AFB Hospital as a volunteer for West Texas RSVP.
