She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Eberle and Ruth Pomeroy; her grandfather Johann Kapfer (Bobby Nobles); her siblings, Emtraud Shreiner and Manfred Werner; her parents-in-law, Nick and Marie Nobles; and her son-in-law James Rowland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Castillo (Hector) of Early and Debbie Rowland of Abilene; her grandson Colt Palmer (Jaci); her great grandchild Huxley of Wall; her grandson Cade Palmer (Nicole); her great grandchild Grayson of Trent; her granddaughter Lauren Long (Jason); her great grandchildren, Isla, Ava and Lottie of Houston; her siblings, Carolynd Roberts (Delbert) of Segovia, Mike Nobles (Angelina) of Knickerbocker, Nell Anderson (Henry) of Crane, Greg Pomeroy (Kay) of Hurst, Dianne Strawbridge (Butch) of Austin and Sharon Pomeroy of Watauga; and her friend Brigitte Harris (Paula King) of Owassa, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Starbuck Funeral Home Chapel (1022 N 2nd St, Merkel, TX 79536). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (1202 S 3rd St, Merkel, TX 79536).
Memorials may be given to Rescue the Animals, SPCA, in Abilene.
