Hedy Knop Obituary
The memory of Hedy Knop (Abilene, Texas), who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parent Friederike Reinartz (Strassmann); her husband Wolfgang Paul Rudolf Knop; her father Peter Reinartz; and her siblings, Alfred Reinartz, Friederike Korne and Hildegard Kläckes.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Knop of Michigan and Cornelia Wright; her son-in-law Joe of Abilene; and her grandchildren, Dale Knop, Elisabeth Knop and Melissa Knop of Michigan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (2801 Antilley Rd, Abilene, TX 79606).
