He is survived by: his parents, Cody Smith and Jennifer Smith; the mother of his children Tiffany Medina; his brother Dylan Newman (Jessica); his nephews, Stetson and Roper Newman; his siblings, Kase Smith, Addison Smith and Logan Smith; and his grandparents, Charlie, Marsha Bishop, Bobby, Shirley Pettijohn, Junior and Debra Smith.
