He was predeceased by: his parent A. J. Bell; his wife Pam Bell; his son Brad Bell; his parent Bobbie Bell Nieto; his stepfather Jack Nieto; and his brothers, Clifton, Milton and Aaron Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Landon Bell of Wylie, Randy Bell of Abilene, Blake Riggins (Elisha) of Hawley, Angela Blocker and Ashley Riggins; his sisters, Emily McNair (Larry) of Jonesboro, AR, Shirley Breeden (Jackie) of Abilene and Nancy Henthorne (Ken) of Lockhart; and his grandchildren, Toni Blocker, Tobi Blocker, Braxton, Brody, Haizlee, Ivy Bell, Gage and Ember Riggins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family members and close friends.
