With solemn reverence, we commemorate Guadalupe Alcala of Abilene, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, whose life came to an end on December 15, 2024 at the age of 79, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raul Gonzales and Maria Campos Gonzales; and her brother Peter Gonzales. She is survived by: her husband Joe Alcala; her siblings, Margie Mason, Michelle Lara, Louie Gonzales and Roy Gonzales; her children, Barbara Busbee and David Alcala; and her grandsons, Robert Busbee, Reese Busbee and DJ Alcala. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home Chapel (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606). A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
