Conway; her children, Jaci Chapman (Stewart), Gary Michael Conway (Taffi) and Leighton Bradley Conway; her brother David Ray DeBusk; her grandchildren, Emily Nieman (Josh), Maura Chapman, Grayson Conatser (Ethan), Jackson McCrae Chapman, Andrew Conway and Gene Conway; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Madilyn, Mia and McKenna Nieman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to Cornerstone Christian School in Sweetwater, Texas; Cancer Services Network in Abilene, Texas; or Beltway Park Church in Abilene, Texas.
