She is survived by: her parents, Carey Mathis (Arcanum Ohio) and Michelle (Mark); her brother Daniel Mathis (Arcanum Ohio); her grandparents, Deborah Mathis (Wayne Lakes Ohio) and Frank Gonzales (Abilene Texas); and also Verastegui (Ft Worth Texas). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
