We bid farewell to Elton Allen Park of Abilene, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 3, 2025 at the age of 94. Elton Allen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Amzire Park and Edna Mae Park (Piott); his wife Nelda June Nash Park; his siblings, Helen Ellis (Park), Louise Dietrich (Park) and Thomas Natt Park; and his nephew Steve Ellis (Glenda).
He is survived by: his children, Allen Park of Abilene, Melissa Park of Abilene and Doug Park (Beth) of Ft. Worth; his grandchildren, Amanda Sneed, Jeremy Park, Megan Ferrell (Stormy), Jennifer Brown (Cody), Thomas Park and Stephen Park; his great grandchildren, Lista Stewart (Brandon), Kam Sneed, Jade Canales, Damion Park, Ronan Park, Mack Ferrell, Lane Brown and Emmitt Brown; his great great grandchild Kinlin Stewart; his sister-in-law Pat Park; and his nieces, Judy Erickson (Randy), Cindy Leverett (Trent) and Frances Wortham (Claude).
A memorial service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hamil Family Funeral Home (6449 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79606).
