It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dudley Eugene Farr of Abilene, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullen Farr and Florence Farr. He is survived by: his son Gary Wayne; his wife Shirley Hausenfluck; his daughter Gaye Lynn (Randy Williams); his grandchildren, Justin (Hope Williams), Kristen (Brandon Pierce) and Cara (Brenton Dowdy); his great grandchildren, Hannah, Alexis, Josiah, Reyma, Avelyn, Jubilee and Melody; and his sister Beverly (Ray Davis). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Gabriel Oaks Church of Christ, Hospice of the Big Country or other charity of your choice.
