She was predeceased by: her parents, Lino Diaz and Elodia Diaz; her son Jarrett Lorenzo Joseph Salazar; and her grandparents, Jose, Altagracia Flores, Enrique and Martina Diaz.

She is survived by: her brothers, Oscar Diaz and Lawrence Diaz; her niece Mikayla Renee Diaz; her great-niece Harleigh Ryan Diaz; and her great-nephew Ezrah Keith Diaz.

In leiu of flowers, donations in Debora's honor may be made to the Hendrick's Children's Hospital Miracle Network or the Lupus Foundation of America.
