He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Rodriguez Ramirez Sr.; his daughter Angelica Ramirez; his siblings, Cristoval Ramirez and Priscilla Ramirez; and his nephew Michael J. Ramirez.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Escobar; his children, Carlos Martin Ramirez (Elizabeth) of Abilene and Annlinette Grace Ramirez-Mason (Robert E. Mason) of Eastland; and his siblings, Victor (Ruth Ramirez), George Ramirez (Teresita Ramirez) and Lynda (Charles Zapata) of Elgin.
