With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia Louise Schkade of Abilene, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 27, 2024 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Lee Martin and James Marshall Correu; and her brother James Miles Correu. She is survived by: her husband Brent Dale Schkade of Abilene, TX; her daughter Kristi of Plymouth, MA; her siblings, Marshall Correu (Mildred), Beth Upshaw of Abilene, TX, Marvin Correu of Clyde, TX and Julie Correu of Abilene, TX; and her sisters-in-law, Sharron Correu of Divide, CO and Sandra Storey (Jerry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and a few close friends.
