Constance Monroe Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Mann and Desma Chaney Mann; her husband Robert Lee Monroe, Sr.; and her siblings, N. Horace Mann, Jr. and Joyce Lofton of William Lofton, DDS.
She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Monroe, Jr. (Lauren) and Silvy Monroe; her grandchildren, Christopher Monroe and Cameron Monroe (Laura); her siblings, James G. Mann, MD (late Jocelyn) and Christine Darden (D. Sc); and also Cameron Monroe, Jr. (CJ). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
