He is survived by: his spouse Audell King; his children, Layne Thomas (Pamela) of Austin, Laura Templeton (Steve) of Abilene and Tracy Thomas (Susan) of Lubbock; and his sister Hazel Nelson of Dimmitt. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
