He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Jean Faulks, Jack and Rosa Lee Kelley. He is survived by: his parents, Vickie Faulks Pelton and Timothy Jack Kelley; and his sister Shelly Morris. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
