He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Tivis Willingham and Etta Boston. He is survived by: his wife Ina Willingham of Abilene; his great grandchildren, Harley Ray York and Thomas Lee Willingham; his daughter Sandra White; his grandchildren, Jessica Denison, Lindsay Denison and Weston Denison; his children, Braxton, Jae'zion, Cash Marshall and Susan Boyd; and his grandchildren, Sarah Lynn Boyd Reid (Dylan) and Zachary Boyd.
