She was predeceased by: her parents, R. D. Allen and Gussie Lee Allen; her son Jerry Wayne; and her husband Otis Wiley. She is survived by: her former husband Billy Sneed of Killeen, TX; her daughters, Debra Bennett (Chester) of League City, Billie Sneed of Abilene, Betty Payne of Abilene and Margret Talley (Terry) of Abilene; her sisters, Effie Mae Brewster of Abilene, Ruby Dickerson (Nat) of Wichita Falls and Murlene Whitson (Tommie) of Austin; her grandchildren, Natasha Fuller, Chawanda Richardson (Virginia), Berrera Payne, Chris Talley and Jeri Sneed; her great grandchildren, Kloe Fuller, Tre'Chaun Payne, Alijah Fuller, Carter Talley and Knox Talley; and her caregiver Kim Mclaughlin. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, and cousins.
