He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Quest Whisenhunt and Myrtle B Whisenhunt (Reynolds); his siblings, Patricia Ray, Carol Whisenhunt, Lois Brubaker, Frances O'Brien and Gary Don Whisenhunt; his wives, Linda Steele and Sandra Rigamonti Cook; and his granddaughter Faith Jordan.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Whisenhunt-Jordan (Angela) of Abilene and Dewayne Whisenhunt (Marilyn) of Spring; and his grandchildren, Bryson Trussell (Hollie) of Stephenville, Zach Trussell (Kascidy) of Ft. Worth, Austin Trussell (Tiffany) of Haskell, Quest Whisenhunt of Spring and Marlie Whisenhunt of Spring. He is also survived by five great grandsons and one great granddaughter.
