He was predeceased by: his parents, Brijido De Leon Sr. and Juanita De Leon; his former wife Alicia "Lecha" Alvarez; and his siblings, Janie Trevino, John De Leon and Brijido De Leon Jr..

He is survived by: his sons, Adolfo "Rudy" De Leon Jr. (Margie) and Leon De Leon; and his siblings, Beatrice Leal, Betty De Leon and Joe De Leon. He is also survived by loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
