She was predeceased by: her brothers, Billy Payne, Durwood Payne and Boyce Neal "Tink" Payne. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Monroe; her daughter Heather Fritzler (Brad) of Abernathy; her grandsons, Cooper and Jake Fritzler; and her brother Bobby Payne (Kathy) of Brownwood, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
