She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Perry Allen and Charity Elizabeth Allen (Clinton); her husband William Clarence Isbell; her daughters, Bonnie Kay Lightfoot (Mike) of Grand Junction, Barbara Ann Pence (Jimmy Don) of Abernathy, Deborah Elaine Isbell of Abernathy, Tina Louise Isbell (Lupe Salinas) of Abernathy and Belinda Lee Rodriguez (Jim) of Abernathy; and her grandsons, Max Arriaga and Jasper Pence. She was also cherished by twenty eight grandchildren, fifty great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
Frances was born on November 20, 1934 in Matador, Texas to Perry and Charity Elizabeth (Clinton) Allen.
