She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kucera and Albina Kucera (Zaicek); her husband George Mikeska; her daughter Rosalie Mikeska; her great grandchild Lance Machac; and her siblings, Wilson Kucera, Nick Kucera, Estelle Foitek, Polly Volcik, Delma Kaska and Betty Kaska.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Kapavik (Henry) of West and Joyce Putnam (Mike) of Arlington; her grandchildren, Becky Machac (Marc), Sharon Hlavenka (Jon), Paula Kapavik, Keith Weir and John Kapavik (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Lane Machac, Brailey Sembera, Devin Hlavenka (Sadie), Raven Sullins (Mason), Hannah Hlavenka, Ashlyn Kapavik, Ryan, Dylan, Brayden, Jones and June Kapavik; and her great great grandchildren, Kyndall, Kase and Annie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
