He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Gene Marek. He is survived by: his parents, John Martin and Chelsey Martin (Marek) of Abbott; his brother Colton; his grandparents, Tom, Paula Marek, Daniel and Marsha Martin; his great-grandparents, Harry Gene, Netty Nors and Jan Marek; his aunts and uncles, Christy (Ty Brantley), Darren Marek (Cassie Pavlas), Daniel (Stephanie Martin) and Stephen Martin; and his cousin Tucker Brantley. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Volunteer Ambulance Association.
