He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Waugh and Ethel Waugh (Hedge); and his sister Mary Hatch. He is survived by: his wife Susan Waugh; his children, Terry Warren (Darren), Sherrie Yarbro (Tom) and Barry Waugh (Lisa) of Clarksburg; his stepson Gary Altom (Kristi) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Erin Foster (Logan), Alyson Frensley (Josh), Adam Waugh, Alex Campbell and Robin Eaves (Matt); and his stepgrandchildren, Emily Altom, Megan Altom and Ashley Altom.
