She was predeceased by: her mother Jamie Fay Johnson Benson; her nephew William Anthony Young; and her grandparents, Charles, Betty Benson and James Johnson.
She is survived by: her father Anthony "Tony" Benson (Theresa) of Yorkville, Tennessee; her siblings, Matthew Young of Dyer, Tennessee, Jana Pennell of Dresden and Rachel Craun (Danny) of Smyrna, Tennessee; and her grandmother Janice Pierce of South Fulton. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
