He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Johnson Ladd of Yorkville, Tennessee; his children, William "Will" Thomas Ladd (Jessica) of Yorkville, Kate Chlebowski (Cody) of Nashville and Jacquelyn "Jac" Ladd Smith (Houston) of Clarksville, Tennessee; his siblings, Kenneth Ladd (Mary) of Dyersburg, Barry Ladd (Connie) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Jenny Cashdollar of Yorkville and Teresa Willis (Danny) of Millsfield, Tennessee.; and his grandchildren, Hazel Smith, Joey Smith, Benson Chlebowski and Louise Chlebowski.
