He is survived by: his children, Jason Jines (Cindy), Rachel Smith (Johnny) and Georgette Jines (Joe); the mother of his children Patricia Perry Smith; and his siblings, Dean Jines, Linda Shepherd, Evelyn Mixon, Cindy Wallace, Brenda Williams, Barbara Griffin and Vanessa Sloffer.
