He is survived by: his wife Tonja Glick Hoy of Roaring Spring, KY; his children, Chad Hoy (Michelle), Tim Steppe, Amanda Peck (Ryan) and Cliff Hoy; his grandchildren, Jacob Hoy, Jacie Dee Hoy, Jaxson Hoy, Kate Steppe, Alex Steppe, Trevor Hoy, Garrett Peck and Makenzie Hoy; and his siblings, Judy Dillard, Mary Nell McCarver, Tommy Hoy, Donnie Hoy and James Terry Hoy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
