It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Charles Ruffer (Woodbury, Tennessee), who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Higgins Ruffer; his daughters, Mary Jenkins (Willie), Sharon Holbrook (Jim) and Judy Todd (Dave); and his siblings, Kay France, Gerald McSpadden, Rinda Barnett and Wanda Davis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
