He was predeceased by: his father Jesse James Lee Maynard. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Bowen; his son John Wesley Maynard, Jr.; his siblings, Mary Carlton (Jerry), Phillip Maynard (Donna Sweeten) and David Maynard; and his nieces and nephews, Wayne Carlton, Bradley Carton, Blake Carlton, Nicole Maynard, Jonathan Maynard, Cody Maynard, Dalton Maynard, James Maynard and Jesse Maynard.
