She is survived by: her mother Virginia Ann Guy; her husband Richard Leroy Crooks; her children, Angel Hummer and Richard Diviney (Dana); and her siblings, Burt Guy (Tammy) and Tina Guy. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
