She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Spry and Leona Duke Spry; her husband Farris Goins; and her siblings, Shirley Jones, Olen Spry and Nora Faye Spry.

She is survived by: her siblings, O'Neill Spry (Wilma) of Manchester, Evelyn Barnes (George) of Greenbriar, Joyce Smith of Nashville and Ronnie Spry (Betty) of Murfreesboro; her sisters-in-law, Martha Jo Spry of Woodbury and Shirley Goins Taylor; and her niece Shannon Taylor Lewis.
