He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Braswell Foster of Woodbury; his children, Ricky Paul Foster of Woodbury, Cynthia Jean McCabe (Patrick) of Bon Aqua, Darlene Heller (Matt) of Knoxville and Heather Rowell (Aaron) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Jeremy Foster, Nicholas Foster, Kyle McCabe, Allison Fischer, Matthew Carr, Sean Heller, Alex Foster and Elizabeth Rowell; his sisters, Margie West and Mary Lynn Bush (Dale); and his sisters-in-law, June Foster of Woodbury, Jennie Foster of Woodbury and Judy Foster of Woodbury.
