He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alton, Lucy Duke, E. P. and Dorothy Stacey. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Duke and Linda Stacey Duke of Woodbury; his sons, Gavin Duke (Cheyanne) of Woodbury and Caden Duke of Woodbury; and his granddaughters, Wrenlee and Oakleigh Duke of Woodbury. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
