She is survived by: her husband Charles Wayne Jacobs of Centertown; her daughters, Stacy Jacobs of Knoxville and Jamie Crim of Manchester; her grandchildren, John Thomas Crim of Manchester and Ivy Crim of Murfreesboro; and her sisters, Pamela Jacobs of Centertown, Kathryn Merriman (Jimmy) of Centertown and Gwendolyn Williams (Gary) of Pelham, Ala.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
