He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Stembridge and Mary Susan Harrell Stembridge; his wife Mamie Bogle Stembridge; his sons, Perry Alton Stembridge and Barry Douglas Stembridge; and his siblings, Brenda Redmon, Joy, Clarence, Joe Bob, Frank, Carl and Russell Stembridge.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Stembridge (Pam) of Woodbury and Sherry Gay (Andy) of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Tamra Dailey (Brandon), Terra O'Shields (Colton), Jessica Bryson (Jonathan), Kyle Gay (Mandy), Samuel Stembridge, Tabitha Pope (Jacob) and Jason Stembridge; and his siblings, James Stembridge (Sondra) of Woodbury, Bernice Wimberly (Darce) of Woodbury, Teresa Farless of Woodbury, Wade Stembridge (Pat) of Kunkle, OH. and Carolyn Burks (Tommy) of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
