She was predeceased by: her father Dick Hutchins; and her sister Charlotte Hutchins. She is survived by: her husband Rusty West of Woodbury; her mother Shirley Phillips Vance of Woodbury; her son Steven Lowe of Bradyville; her stepson Russell L. West of Chicago; her grandchildren, McKinley, Madison, Mason and Mylan Lowe; her great grandchild Emersyn Barrett; and her siblings, Pam Arnold of Woodbury and Aaron Hutchins of Woodbury.
