She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Mears and Myrtle Harris Mears; her husband Bobby Reeder Sr.; and her siblings, Allen Jr., Howard, David, Douglas, William Mears, Sarah Denami, Mary Beckworth and Lula Coleman.

She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Lane (Robert), Billy Gailey (Tina) and Susan Gonzales (Armando); and her grandchildren, Randy Malone Jr., Amber Ashby (John), Brian Maxwell, Ethan Gailey, Deanna Chaney (CJ), Jacalyn Jones (Jeffery), Aryn Gailey, Bryanna Brazier (Joe) and Erik Gailey. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gilroy Church of Christ (13126 Old Hickory Blvd, Antioch, TN 37013).
