He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey Riggan, Sr. and Neely Bobbit Riggan; his wife Ruby Riggan; and his brothers, Ray and David Riggan.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Tracy Blackburn of Manchester, Steve Martin of Manchester and Dennis Martin of Manchester; and his siblings, Patricia Massey, Melinda Watts (Henry), Carol Davis (Mark), Gene Riggan (Sandra), Harvey Riggan (Marcia), Larry Riggan (Jennette), Bill Riggan and Tim Riggan (Nam).
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190).
