He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Frank and Algie Pearl Rogers Knox; his wives, Unive Underwood Knox and Anna Christine Knox; and his siblings, Gracie Reed and Bobby Knox.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Gunter (Dee) of Bradyville and Linda Gunter (Charlie) of Bradyville; his grandchildren, Shawn Gunter (Amber) and Jeremy Gunter (Mindy); and his great grandchildren, Bradley (Dericka), Brooklyn, Tyler and Dylan Gunter.
