He is survived by: his wife Marcia Prater Mayo of Woodbury; his children, Stephen Mayo (Regina) of Bradyville and Sheila Walton (Charles) of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Dale, Dustin Mayo, Kimberly Grizzle and Cody Walton; his great grandchildren, Elaina Turner, Rilley Mayo and Raylin Grizzle; and his brother David Mayo of Woodbury.
