He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Johnson; his grandparents, Marie, Hilton Ferrell, Lillian and Bobby Taylor; his uncle John; and his aunt Mary Chapman.
He is survived by: his mother Viva Ferrell Johnson (Jewel Redmon) of Smithville; his wife Brandi Pelham of Woodbury; his children, Kimberly Carlton Underwood (Aldon) of Woodbury, Jacob Carlton of Woodbury, Dustin Johnson of Woodbury and Peyton Johnson of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Kingston and Weston Underwood; his sisters, Melissa Johnson of Sparta and Debra Johnson of Smithville; his nephews, Dylan Johnson and Jaxon Hillis; and his parents-in-law, Gary Pelham of Woodbury and Cindy Staton (Terry) of Woodbury.
