With solemn reverence, we commemorate Baunita Wimberly of Woodbury, Tennessee, whose life came to an end on January 15, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Rubin Thompson and Georgia Azzilene Morgan Hale; her husband William Joe Wimberly; and her siblings, David Thompson, Linda Spivey and Kathy Carlson (Wes).
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Wimberly Alexander of Woodbury and Randy Wimberly (Terri) of Readyville; her grandson Dan Wimberly of Readyville; her stepgranddaughter Amber Sissom of Woodbury; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cole, Baylee and Zoie Sissom; her sister Brenda Tidrick (Bill) of Wartrace; her siblings-in-law, Bernice Wimberly of Woodbury and Glen Wimberly (Rhonda) of Woodbury; and her nieces, Michelle Gannon and Donna Jennings.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190).
