He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Joyce Perkins (Gifford). He is survived by: his father Monte C. Perkins; his daughters, Shelby Perkins, Samatha Steele, Emma Allen and Whitney Wilder; his brother Clayton Perkins (Julia); and his pet Rebel.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
