He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Mary Lou Green, George M. and Dorothy Ryan; and his in-laws, Judy and Harold Keller.
He is survived by: his parents, John Green and Dorothy Green; his wife Renee Keller Green; his daughter Hanna Rollins (Austin); his brother Joey Green; his nieces and nephews, Kalie Shetters and Kyle Green; his great-niece Kylie Shetters; and his little buddy Theo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Multi-County Cancer Support Network.
