She is survived by: her husband Chip Falk; her children, Danielle Statires (Nick Statires), Hunter McCrary (Jessica McCrary), Tyler Falk (Taylor Falk), Garrett Falk and Ellie Falk; her siblings, Robert Potter (Bobbie Potter) and Christina Brown; her nieces and nephews, Kirsten Brown, Mason Brown, Makenzie Potter and Reed Potter; and her grandchildren, Avery Ana Statires, Alexander Statires and Lina Statires.
Patricia's request was to donate her body to medical science in hope that she could play a part in the cure for cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to MD Anderson in Houston, TX.
